Safety Reporting

At Proteus, we are committed to operating according to highest safety standards in General Aviation.

On average nationwide in the United States there is 8 accidents a day in General Aviation. Since 1995, Proteus has first and foremost put safety and people before all practices inside our business.

To continue achieving this goal, it is imperative to have uninhibited reporting of all incidents, events, hazards, risks and other information that may compromise the safety first conduct of our operations. To this end, we invite everyone to report any safety-related incidents, or concerns relating to our operations.

Reporting is free of any form of reprisal. The main purpose of reporting is to prevent an accident, and resolve any safety concerns, not the attribution of blame. No action will be taken against any staff member, renter or pilot who discloses a safety concern through the reporting system, unless such disclosure reveals, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a deliberate or willful disregard of regulations or procedures.
