PPL Ground School

Proteus Air Services prides itself in providing premier aviation instruction at our Santa Monica location.

The private pilot ground school is an excellent introduction to the world of aviation. Led by John Levy, an instructor with over 30 years of experience, and guest taught by Proteus flight instructors, our ground school not only prepares you for your written exam, but also connects you with instructors you can start your flight training with during or after this course.

• Start date: January 28th, 2025 (Tuesday)
• Duration of classes: 2.5-3 hours; 15 weeks long
• Class Schedule: Tuesdays/Thursdays (6:00 PM-8:30 PM)
• Curriculum used: Rod Machado, FAA materials, in combination with Proteus materials. Approximate cost of materials will be $100-130 (separate from class fees).
• Perks: Free simulator time & networking with aviators.
